Tax Deductibility

All purchases made at The Holy Socks Gang.org are funds used for the design and purchase of socks, donated to those in need. The Foundation is organized as a Not-for-Profit Corporation under the laws of the State of West Virginia and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) as a tax-exempt organization pursuant to §501(c)3 of the IRC.

All donations are fully deductible to the extent allowed by applicable law. Please consult your tax advisor for additional information and the deductibility of your donation.
